Shuffle went live in February 2023 and holds Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1337/0628, granted in October 2024 to Natural Nine B.V. It is crypto-only with five currencies including its own SHFL token, pays withdrawals in a couple of minutes according to its FAQ, runs 5,700+ games from Evolution, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Pragmatic Play and Play’n GO, and offers 24/7 live chat. The reservations are specific: the welcome bonus needs a $100 deposit and its wagering is reported as 40x the total balance by one source and 35x deposit plus bonus by another; KYC is required at registration; and Thailand blocked Shuffle.com nationwide on 9 October 2026 with an inquiry ongoing. The USA and Germany are blocked; Austria is not listed.

Licence and ownership

Shuffle is operated by Natural Nine B.V., registered in Curaçao under number 160998. The licence is OGL/2024/1337/0628 from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, granted on 16 October 2024. The brand launched in February 2023, making it the youngest in our top ten by four years.

One regulatory event is documented. On 9 October 2026 Thailand’s Ministry of Digital Economy and Society blocked Shuffle.com nationwide and a Department of Special Investigation inquiry was ordered. The action is surrounded by political controversy over an MP’s husband reportedly holding a stake in the business; as of 19 October 2026 there was no finding against anyone. We treat a nationwide block by a national ministry as a documented regulatory action and apply the one-point trust deduction, while noting that no wrongdoing has been established.

Bonus terms in detail

The welcome offer is a 200% deposit bonus of up to $1,000, claimed with a promo code and varying by location and code; one source cites 100% up to $1,000 with its own code. The minimum deposit to activate it is $100, the highest bonus threshold in our comparison (Roobet and Bovada set $10 and $20; BitStarz 0.0003 BTC). A KYC step is required to activate the bonus.

Wagering is where the sources diverge. One reports 40x the total balance; another reports 35x deposit plus bonus. On a $100 deposit with a 200% match, 40x the total balance is $300 × 40 = $12,000; 35x deposit plus bonus is $300 × 35 = $10,500. Either way, this is in the same expensive bracket as Stake, and the $100 entry point means the minimum commitment is at least $10,500 of turnover. Max bet, expiry and game weighting are not documented. No no-deposit bonus exists. A sportsbook is confirmed by one source (American football, soccer and other markets) though not by another. Provably fair status for originals is not documented. The library is mid-sized for the top ten, larger than Cloudbet’s 2,850 and smaller than Roobet’s 7,000+.

Support is 24/7 live chat (labelled “Live Support”), an FAQ and email (support@shuffle.com). Named interface languages are English, Spanish, German, French, Chinese, Japanese and Portuguese; one source counts 17 in total but names only those. German is offered despite Germany being restricted.

How Shuffle compares

Verdict

Shuffle is fast and well-staffed but asks a lot of new players: full verification at the door, $100 to unlock a bonus whose multiplier two sources describe differently, and a balance that cannot be parked in a stablecoin. The Thailand block is recent and unresolved. It ranks in the top ten on the strength of its licence, speed and support, and below BitStarz, Cloudbet and Sportsbet.io because those three document their payment terms better and cost less to bonus-hunt at.
