Verdict: A large, feature-rich casino whose 2024 bankruptcy ruling and licence switch make it the operator with the most open questions in this comparison.
Availability: Germany: YES, Austria: YES, USA: YES. Gaming Intelligence (6 Dec 2024): the Anjouan licence 'bars service to Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK, the US, and FATF-blacklisted countries.' CryptoSlate restricted list also names United States, Germany, Austria. Netherlands: ordered to leave under threat of EUR 840,000 penalty (Oct 2024). UK site closed.
BC.Game is one of the largest crypto casinos by library, with 7,200+ games, provably fair originals, a sportsbook, a $1 minimum deposit and 24/7 chat in 16 languages. It is also the operator with the most serious documented history in our comparison. In 2024 a Curaçao court declared its former operating companies bankrupt amid player claims over $2.5 million, BC.Game surrendered its Curaçao licence in December 2024 and moved to an Anjouan licence under a Belize entity whose existence the Belize regulator reportedly questioned. It blocks players from the USA, Germany, Austria, the UK and the Netherlands.
Licence and ownership
BC.Game has been live since 2017. It currently operates under Anjouan Gaming Board licence ALSI-202410011-FI1, held by Twocent Technology Limited, registered in Belize under number 000041939, since late 2024. Before that the site was run by BlockDance B.V. and Small House B.V., both Curaçao companies.
The sequence of events matters. In 2024 a Curaçao court declared BlockDance B.V. and Small House B.V. bankrupt, with player claims reported at over $2.5 million. On 5 December 2024 BC.Game withdrew its Curaçao licence, citing an “increasingly hostile environment for operators”, and announced the move to Anjouan. The Belize Financial Services Commission reportedly stated that Twocent Technology Limited “did not exist”. Separately, the Dutch regulator ordered BC.Game to leave the Netherlands in October 2024 under threat of an EUR 840,000 penalty, and the UK site was closed. On 28 August 2025 the bankruptcy trustee filed to rescind the bankruptcy ruling, with BC.Game reportedly eyeing a return of its Curaçao licence. None of that is resolved in the sources we fetched.
Casino Guru’s profile, last updated October 2023, lists a Safety Index of 8.5 but still names BlockDance B.V. as the operator and flags an unfair bonus clause; it predates everything above. The Anjouan licence bars service to Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK, the US and FATF-blacklisted countries. The difference between Curaçao and Anjouan oversight is explained on the licences page.
Bonus terms in detail
The headline offer is a welcome bonus of up to 360% across the first four deposits with a maximum value of $20,000. A second source cites 120% up to $500 plus 100 free spins on the first deposit, and the operator notes that terms vary by location. The casino bonus has no fixed wagering requirement: it “unlocks as you wager”, meaning bonus funds are released in increments as you bet rather than becoming withdrawable after a multiplier is met. The sports bonus carries 20x on deposit plus bonus.
The unlock model has a practical consequence: you cannot calculate in advance how much turnover is needed to convert the bonus, which is the single most important number for valuing an offer. The release rate per unit wagered is not published in the sources we fetched. Max bet, expiry and game weighting are also not documented. Casino Guru’s older profile flagged a bonus clause as unfair, without the detail surviving in our data. No no-deposit bonus is documented. The bonuses page shows how BC.Game’s structure compares with fixed-multiplier offers.
Crypto payments
Documented currencies are BTC, ETH, DOGE, TRX, XRP, UNI, LTC and the in-house BC token. Fiat deposits are accepted. The minimum deposit is as low as $1, the lowest published figure in the comparison. Crypto withdrawals are quoted at up to 24 hours by one source and as instant by another. A small withdrawal fee applies, varying by coin and blockchain, and VIP members withdraw without fees.
KYC is on request: larger cashouts may trigger verification, and the full policy is not published in the fetched sources. Withdrawal limits are not documented. Given the bankruptcy history, the practical advice is to keep balances small and withdraw regularly rather than treat the account as a wallet. For coin-specific guidance see the Bitcoin casinos page.
Games and providers
The library runs to 7,200+ games by one count and over 9,000 by another. Named providers are Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Playtech, Nolimit City, Betsoft, Microgaming and ELK Studios. Live casino and a sportsbook are included, and the originals are provably fair. On product breadth alone, BC.Game sits with Stake and BitStarz at the top of the set.
Support and languages
Support is 24/7 live chat, email (support@bc.game) and X. Casino Guru users complain about slow live chat. The interface is offered in 16 languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Russian, Polish, Portuguese, Japanese, Turkish, Indonesian, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai and Arabic. Note that German and Spanish interfaces exist even though Germany and Spain are on the Anjouan restricted list.
Before you deposit at BC.Game
- Read the current licence page on the site, not a 2023 review. The operator entity, licence and regulator all changed in late 2024.
- Treat the bonus as unpriceable. Without a published release rate, you cannot know what the 360% costs to convert. If you take it, bet only what you would bet anyway.
- Keep the balance small. The 2024 bankruptcy involved player claims. The trustee’s 2025 filing to rescind it is not a resolution.
- Check your country. The USA, Germany, Austria, the UK, the Netherlands, France, Spain and Australia are all barred under the Anjouan licence.
- Expect verification on larger withdrawals. The trigger threshold is not published.
How BC.Game compares
Against Stake, the other large 2017 brand: Stake publishes a fixed 40x deposit plus bonus requirement and a current Curaçao licence, BC.Game publishes an unlock model and an Anjouan licence after a bankruptcy ruling. Stake lists 18 coins to BC.Game’s eight. BC.Game has the lower minimum ($1 versus not documented) and documents a withdrawal fee where Stake does not. On library size the two are close (7,200+ versus 6,000+) and both run sportsbooks and 16-language support.
Against BitStarz, the top-ranked operator: BitStarz has a decade of operation under one brand with no documented incident, instant fee-free withdrawals and a 40x-on-bonus requirement you can calculate. BC.Game has more games, a sportsbook BitStarz lacks, provably fair originals and more languages. The gap between them in our ranking is almost entirely the trust score (8.0 versus 5.5), which is to say almost entirely the 2024 history.
Against FortuneJack, the other Anjouan-licensed operator in the top ten: FortuneJack moved licence without a bankruptcy, publishes its full bonus fine print, and has a stated KYC threshold. BC.Game beats it on library, minimum deposit and named providers. If the licence jurisdiction is your deciding factor, those two are the comparison to make.
Restricted countries in detail
The Anjouan licence conditions bar BC.Game from serving Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK, the US and countries on the FATF blacklist. A separate directory list also names the United States, Germany and Austria. The Netherlands exclusion is backed by the regulator’s October 2024 order and the EUR 840,000 penalty threat; the UK exclusion by the closure of the UK site. There is no published route for players in those countries, and the operator’s history of regulatory conflict means a VPN-based workaround carries more than the usual terms-based risk. For the mainstream operators that do not list Germany or Austria, see the best crypto casinos ranking.
Score breakdown
- Trust 5.5/10. Anjouan licence caps the score at 7. Minus 1 for the 2024 bankruptcy ruling and Curaçao licence withdrawal. Minus 0.5 for the Dutch exit order and the unresolved question over the Belize entity. Launched 2017, no pre-2016 bonus.
- Payments 8.0/10. $1 minimum, withdrawals within 24 hours, eight documented coins plus fiat. Deductions for coin-dependent fees and an unpublished KYC policy.
- Bonus 6.5/10. Large headline, no fixed wagering, which cuts both ways: no published cost, no published ceiling. Sports at 20x deposit plus bonus is on the high side.
- Games 9.0/10. 7,200+ games, eight named top-tier providers, provably fair originals, live casino, sportsbook.
- Support 8.0/10. 24/7 chat in 16 languages, with documented complaints about chat speed.
Verdict
BC.Game is a case where the product and the counterparty pull in opposite directions. The casino itself is as broad as any in the set, the minimum deposit is the lowest, and the originals are provably fair. The operator’s 2024 history, the licence switch to Anjouan and the questions over the new corporate entity are documented facts, not rumours, and they are why BC.Game ranks eighth rather than second. If you play here, play with money you can afford to leave in dispute. The full ranking is on the best crypto casinos page.
