BlockRollers is an independent editorial project based in Vienna, Austria. It is run by Patrick Spreitzhofer, who researches, writes and maintains the site. There is no editorial team behind the name, no office, and no operator involvement in what gets published. The site compares crypto casinos on what they publish, not on what they promise.
What this site does
We maintain a database of crypto casino operators and record, for each one, the facts that can be verified from the operator’s own terms, help centre and licence page, from regulator registers and notices, and from structured third-party profiles where an operator’s site cannot be fetched. Licence number, operating company, accepted coins, withdrawal times and fees, minimum deposits, verification triggers, bonus wagering and its base, restricted countries, and any regulatory action in the last three years. Every value carries its source. Where a value cannot be found, the review says “not documented” rather than filling the gap.
From that data we produce the comparison pages on this site: the overall best crypto casinos ranking, coin-specific pages starting with Bitcoin casinos, the bonus terms breakdown, and the no-deposit bonus page, which exists mainly to explain why almost no such offers are real. Each operator also has a review that walks through its score line by line.
What this site does not do
We do not deposit, play and report back. A single session proves nothing and could not be reproduced by you, so the site contains no “we withdrew in four minutes” claims. We do not use user star ratings. We do not publish operator press releases. We do not describe any operator as “accepting” players from a market unless the operator’s own list or a reputable directory supports it, and we never describe a grey-market offer as legal in a country where it is not licensed. The complete method, including the weights and the licence caps, is on the how we rate page.
How the site is funded
BlockRollers is funded by affiliate commissions. When you follow a link to an operator and open an account, the operator may pay us. That relationship is described in full on the affiliate disclosure page. The short version: commission data is kept separate from scoring data, it does not enter the ranking calculation, and operators that pay nothing appear alongside those that do. Several operators we are paid by rank below operators we are not paid by, because the published terms put them there.
Corrections
If a fact on this site is wrong, we want to know. The most useful correction is a URL to the operator’s own page showing the current term, or to a regulator’s notice. Verified corrections are applied to the operator record and to every page that draws on it, and the affected pages show the date of the last check. Contact details are in the site footer.
Gambling and age
This site provides information about gambling operators. It does not offer gambling, accept deposits or hold player funds. It is intended for adults of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, 18 in most countries and 21 in most US states, and it is not intended for anyone in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. The operators listed are licensed, where they are licensed at all, in Curaçao, Anjouan, Panama or similar jurisdictions, and none holds an Austrian, German, UK, Maltese or US state licence. If gambling has stopped being entertainment for you, the responsible gambling page lists free, confidential help lines.
