On 29 May 2026 Jackbit announced in a press release that it had rebranded as Jack.com and launched what it calls a “Volume 2.0” platform upgrade. A new name on a casino is usually a marketing event, but it is also the moment to re-check whether anything underneath moved: the licence, the operating company, the bonus model and the restricted-country list. We did that for the Jack.com review, and the short version is that the paperwork is the same while the sources on who runs it still disagree.
What happened
The press release gives 2022 as the founding year and describes the change as a rebrand plus a platform upgrade. The CryptoSlate company profile counts the Jack.com launch as 2026 and still lists Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1562/1139, issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority in the direct-licence format that can be looked up in the register. The operating company is where the sources split: CryptoSlate names Data Link Digital B.V. as the parent, while the Casino Guru review header shows Ryker B.V. with a 2022 date. Our review carries both names and marks the conflict; we did not find a document that resolves it.
One earlier item belongs in the file. On 19 November 2025 Jackbit and AskGamblers published a joint clarification: a milestone post had shown a $3.3 million complaint refund that was in fact $3,311, a data-entry error. It is not a regulatory action and it does not affect the licence, but it is the only incident attached to the brand in our research, and we mention it so nobody reads the corrected figure as something it is not.
What it means for you
Jack.com is unusual in our comparison because it has no headline welcome bonus. CryptoSlate describes the loyalty model as leaning on VIP rakeback, Casino Guru lists the deposit bonus as “not available”, and the casino bonus wagering requirement is recorded as “None (0x)”. The sportsbook requires 1x deposit. For a bonus hunter that means there is nothing to clear and nothing to misread; for a player who wants a match bonus it means looking elsewhere, and our bonus terms page shows which operators publish a full multiplier and which do not.
The rest of the data is strong on the cashier side and thin on the policy side. CryptoSlate records “instant withdrawals” and 18 accepted coins. Casino Guru lists withdrawal limits of USD 50,000 per week and USD 100,000 per month, a $150,000 win cap per spin, 19 payment methods and 24/7 live chat in five languages. The game count is 10,400. Fiat acceptance, KYC policy, minimum deposit and withdrawal fees are not documented on any page we fetched, so the review says “not documented” rather than guessing.
On country access, the United States of America is on the 13-entry restricted list, along with US Minor Outlying Islands and the US Virgin Islands. Jack.com does not accept US players, and the rebrand changed nothing there. Germany and Austria do not appear on that list, which is why the operator is shown for those markets even though it holds no licence from a German or Austrian authority.
What we checked
- Licence continuity. OGL/2024/1562/1139 before and after the rebrand, same regulator.
- Operator entity. Still conflicting between Data Link Digital B.V. and Ryker B.V.; both named in the review.
- Bonus model. No welcome offer, casino 0x, sports 1x deposit. Jack.com remains the only operator in the set whose casino bonus wagering is recorded as zero.
- Restricted countries. 13 entries, USA included, Germany and Austria absent.
- Trust reading. Curaçao ceiling, no regulatory action in 2024-2026, launch after 2016, so no age bonus. Shown as 9.5/10 on the review. The methodology is on our rating page.
If you had a Jackbit account, check that the licence number in the Jack.com footer still reads OGL/2024/1562/1139 and that the terms page still shows no wagering on casino promotions; our data reflects the research date, not the live site.
